While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the results of your nail treatment, please follow our satisfaction guarantee process below:

1. Reappointment or Technician Change:
We will be happy to schedule a follow-up appointment at your convenience to make the necessary adjustments and ensure your satisfaction.
If you prefer, we can assign a different technician for your next appointment to address your concerns and meet your expectations.
2. Open Communication:
We value your feedback and encourage you to communicate your concerns during your visit or within 24 hours of your appointment.
Our team is dedicated to listening to your preferences and addressing any issues to enhance your experience with us.

Late Arrivals
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service, a late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen articles or items on premises.

Child
Our services are reserved for you and other clients who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult and remain in the waiting area.
